At Amatrra, we strive to provide exceptional spa experiences. As part of our commitment to transparency, we adhere to a non-refund policy for both services and gift card purchases. Clients are encouraged to utilize the value of their purchase within two months from the date of issue. This policy also extends to gift cards, ensuring that recipients have ample time to enjoy our services. Please note that any unused balance after the specified period will be forfeited. Additionally, rescheduling or canceling appointments must be done within the specified time frame to avoid forfeiture of the service value. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The reservations feature on the Site assists users in booking spa and wellness services exclusively. Users must be at least 18 years old and financially responsible for all reservations made. Details of service charges are provided for Amatrra owned or managed properties. Service reservation terms are outlined on the Site, with payment following the specified procedure. No contract exists until Amatrra confirms acceptance of the reservation. Users must provide accurate information, and credit card validation may be required before service provision.
