We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our therapists who reserve time for your ritual.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment receive a full refund
- Late cancellations may incur a charge of up to 50% of the service fee
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Gift cards do not expire and may be transferred with prior notice.
