Hanumant Bhardwaj is a highly accomplished Yoga Master with a lifelong dedication to the science and practice of yoga. Having begun his yogic journey at the age of three, he holds a Master's Degree in Yoga and brings over 20 years of professional teaching experience. Since 2006, he has been an integral part of Amatrra, guiding individuals from diverse backgrounds towards greater health, vitality, and inner balance through authentic and personalized yoga practices.

His expertise has benefited diplomats, corporate groups, sports professionals, and the film industry. Blending traditional wisdom with a practical, contemporary approach, he continues to inspire physical well-being, mental clarity, and a deeper connection with oneself through the timeless practice of yoga.

Master's in Yoga & Science of Living and a Certified Yoga Instructor Course from SVYASA. With nearly 10 years of experience in Yoga and Wellness, Soniyaa guides individuals through yoga and meditation to support improved health, holistic well-being, and mindful living.

As a Corporate Yoga and Wellness Trainer and freelance instructor, she helps individuals and organizations build strength, mindfulness, and flexibility — at Amatrra and through Studio Prana, serving international clients with personalised, mindful practice.

Morning Sessions
